The outdoor pool area was nice with sun loungers. The free shuttle was super convenient for getting to the cruise port. Also, the complimentary cookies at check-in were a sweet touch.

The breakfast buffet had incredible scrambled eggs and fresh pastries that hit the spot every morning! Plus, the location was near the marina, making it easy to stroll around before our cruise. Facilities like the amazing gym and shuttle service were icing on the cake.

The front desk staff had a bit of an attitude, and we had to deal with a room that wasn't ready until after 4 PM. Some amenities felt outdated, like the musty carpet and a shower handle that had rust. It's a place that could definitely use a bit of sprucing up.
