Accommodation was great-sized and simply stunning, beds were comfortable. We had a hot and fresh made breakfast in the restaurant. Could see the marine perfectly from our a nice size room. Very amiable staff, everything was modern...
The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

Location was great: very pretty setting and also close to the cruise ship terminal. Night time check in was friendly -- the warm cookie always helps! -- but the driver who took us to the cruise ship was also very nice. And the shuttle was free. Would stay here again.

The location was beautiful and the atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant. The pool and jacuzzi was very good. The room is fantastic with very comfortable beds.
The people at the breakfast were not very attentive to our needs and we had to wait to get their attention or for them to take away our plates during the buffet.

The wi-fi was a mess and it ended up messing up my computer. 2 links and I still kept getting kicked off.

Location on a marina provides great visuals out the window. Location in San Pedro was close to places I needed to visit. The rooms have been refurbished since the last time I stayed at this hotel and are in great shape. In general, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant breakfast is good, although not sumptuous like in other places I've stayed.
The reception desk staff were a little slow. One woman in particular got sidetracked by a demanding guest and left me standing around for 10 minutes while she responded to a litany of minor questions. She should have asked her to step aside once her reservation was completed and offered to provide help after other guests were served. Also, no bell hop when I arrived to help take my luggage up.

extremely comfortable, desk helpful and engaging. Shuttle service so necessary as we were taking a cruise. met cousins in hotel for a quick drink and this hotel met all our expectations. It is lovely. Cant wait to go back. Barb & Rich
There is nothing negative to say, except maybe a little more dinning room seating.

Good location.
Breakfast was too crowded and hectic.

The venue was in a central location right by the San Pedro port, the bar/restaurant to be back open and all the boats. The staff was super-friendly and exceptionally friendly throughout the day. They helped us get a shuttle to-and-from the pier. The room was great-sized and recently renovated with a balcony, a nice view and the breakfast was complementary.
Nothing not too like!

A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Faces
The staff greeted us with smiles. We had a fantastic dinner at the on-site restaurant-don't miss the good seafood! For future guests, be prepared for potential delays during check-in.

The pocket door to the bathroom was heavy and not lockable. Everyone in our group complained to each other about it.

The cookie greeting was nice.In general the whole staff was super nice. They always greeted you when coming or going. And they were able to accommodate our early check in request.
If I had one complaint, when arriving to the hotel we had trouble locating the check in. Kind of hidden behind a wall.

Had a fantastic time, especially enjoying dinner at the restaurant and the convenience of the shuttle to the cruise port. Just wish the room was as described; it wasn't a true one-bedroom suite.
